The Jeff Crockett Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization born out of love and loss. Founded in 2024 by a rodeo family who’ve experienced the devastating impact of losing a family member, our mission is to provide financial and emotional support to fellow rodeo families navigating similar tragedies. We aim to ease the burdens of those facing unimaginable grief, offering a helping hand to those who’ve had to say goodbye to a loved one.

We are the Crockett’s, a family of 7, whose lives were impacted in the worst imaginable way with the death of our Jeff. He was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, friend and soon to be a father. In August 1988, while making his run for the NFR, Jeff was killed in a bull-riding accident at the Lyon County Fair Rodeo in Yerington, Nevada.
Our goal is to help ease the same burdens that we as a family have experienced and endured.
